Ride Leaders Should:

·         Always schedule restaurants with weather permitting stipulation.

·         If you will be going to a restaurant arrange with the restaurant that our group is coming and the approximate time of arrival (given the planned leave time from the ridepoint to your destination.) 

·         Also be sure they know we would like separate checks and if the gratuity will be included. 

·         Bring the telephone number for the restaurant so we can call them from the ridepoint and provide approximate number to be seated.

·         Pre-ride your route within a week or less before the ride to assure no road closures/construction/etc. is occurring. 

Remember:

·         If you are unable to lead a ride as scheduled – as soon as possible you are to arrange with another member to take your place. 

·         You may just trade dates, or if very short notice share your planned destination and route per above and provide the address, telephone number of the restaurant & the name of a contact person for the restaurant. 

·         If the ride needs to be cancelled due to weather the planned leader is responsible to let them know.
